London, UK; 12 May 2026. Right Now Residential and Right Now Living have become Certified B Corporations, meeting a globally recognised standard for businesses across governance, transparency and long-term responsibility.
Independently verified by B Lab, the certification remains rare within the UK residential real estate sector, particularly among leasing and management operators. It meets a growing shift in the market, as institutional investors and asset owners place greater emphasis on how residential assets are operated, not just how they are leased.
Long recognised in the market for leasing excellence through Right Now Residential, the business has scaled its operational management platform under Right Now Living to a managed pipeline of 5,000 units across BTR, Co-Living and PRS+. B Corp certification is independent validation that the same standard runs end to end.
For the business, the certification does not represent a change in direction, but validation of how it already operates and the culture it has built across its 50 employees.
