Right Now Living expands its partnership with Brydell Partners across four build-to-rent schemes.
London, 23 June 2026 – Right Now Living has been appointed by Brydell Partners to provide full operational management for an additional 348 build-to-rent homes across four London schemes. The appointment expands the existing partnership between the two firms.
The new mandate supports Brydell Partners’ investment approach of targeting well-located, efficiently specified residential assets in key commuter hotspots — within walking distance of transport and green space, and priced for the working London tenant. The portfolio comprises modern, purpose-built homes designed for long-term resident retention, with performance underpinned by proactive, hands-on asset management. Right Now Living has been appointed as operational partner to deliver that approach, with a specialist model built around resident experience and asset performance.
Under the mandate, Right Now Living will take end-to-end responsibility across all four assets, including leasing, resident services, on-site and block management, institutional-grade reporting and operational asset management.
The portfolio will move onto Right Now Living’s leasing-first operating platform, giving Brydell Partners a single point of accountability across its buildings while maintaining the identity and value of the underlying assets.
The appointment extends Right Now Living’s position as a specialist operator for institutionally owned residential. Founded and based in London and now open to UK-wide mandates, the firm has built an operational pipeline of more than 5,000 homes and holds stabilised occupancy above 97% across its managed buildings.
Mobilisation has been planned so residents see no interruption to leasing or service as Right Now Living takes over management. As the rental market adapts to the Renters’ Rights Act, resident retention and operational performance are rising priorities for institutional owners, and Right Now Living’s leasing-first model is built to combine lease-up expertise with sustainable portfolio performance.
