His remit spans the full lifecycle of operational delivery, ensuring every asset under management is aligned to NOI targets, operational efficiency, and customer value.

 

With a background leading high-performance teams across residential portfolios, Paul’s commercial approach balances financial return with operational precision — perfectly aligned with our vision to deliver a leasing-led, performance-first operating platform for the Living Sector.
