We continue to benefit from a diverse workforce. This is backed up by an open, inclusive hiring policy. Staff are entitled to two, paid volunteer days each year. We are on track to raise £30,000 for St Mungo’s this year and continue our support of homelessness initiatives both locally and nationally. We’re an active member of the Women’s Night Safety Charter steering group and have 10+ years supporting local community projects and urban wellbeing. Resident data and feedback loops are embedded across all portfolios.
